You only need to follow these steps if you are using Checkout

This page provides instructions for getting your IMEI and MEP numbers automatically using our automatic reader.

1) Download and install the Blackberry USB Drivers if you don’t already have them installed.

2) Download and install Microsoft .NET framework.

3) Download the IMEI/MEP reader for or for

4) On your BlackBerry, go to Options > Memory (or Memory Card, or Media Card) > then turn Mass Storage Mode Support off, and then turn Media Card Support off.  Then press the back button, and click Save to save the settings.

5) On your BlackBerry, go to Options  > Password > then turn off the Password (note: on some models you may need to go to Options > Security Options > General Settings and turn off the Password from there.  Press the back button, and click Save to save the settings.

6) Next, extract the IMEI/MEP reader that you downloaded in Step 3 above, and run the program.

7) In the program, you should see a button that says Read Phone.  Make sure your BlackBerry is DISCONNECTED from the computer, and then click Read Phone.

8) Now, connect your BlackBerry to your computer, and wait for the IMEI/MEP reader to display your BlackBerry’s information (this part can take between 30 seconds to 2 minutes).

9) Once you have your IMEI and MEP numbers, you can proceed to our Order Form and copy and paste those numbers, then proceed to checkout.
